Sudarshan is a finance professional with over two decades experience in Leadership and Executive Management positions in the Finance and Corporate Legal departments. His exposure to multi-cultural and multinational work environments covers myriad aspects such as IPO listings in International stock exchanges and Indian Stock exchanges, Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Finance, Investor Management & Relations, International Investments, structuring financial products, Global tax planning, Corporate legal and secretarial functions, Contract Management and Regulatory management for listed companies. Till May 2014 he was the Chief Financial Officer of Blue Star Infotech Ltd, an Indian multinational company in the Information Technology sector. Earlier, he was the Head of Finance in Silverline Technologies Ltd. In the past he has worked with Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Ltd., Crompton Greaves Ltd., Reliance Industries Ltd. etc. Sudarshan is a Fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Institute of Company Secretaries of India and Institute of Cost Accountants of India. He holds Bachelor’s degree with Honours in Commerce from St. Xavier’s College, University of Calcutta, India.
